The groundbreaking celebration will begin with a short ceremony\, followed by property tours of this 60-unit\, affordable housing complex and a light lunch. Creston Gardens consists of 15-two story townhomes and a community building. Renovations are expected to be completed by 2017 and will include foundation repairs\, levelling to alleviate sagging\, an overhaul to the drainage system\, bringing walkways up to accessibility code and updating the housing units to comply with ADA standards. Each residential building/unit will be modernized/updated with new roofing\, appliances\, cabinetry\, flooring and fixtures. The property?s community building -- including community space\, staff offices and a youth learning center -- will also be remodeled. RSVPS are requested by April 29 by calling (805) 540-2441 or emailing admin@pshhc.org.
