2021 Open Studios Art Tour
The 23rd annual San Luis Obispo County Open Studios Art Tour, a program of SLO County Arts Council, takes place over the second and third weekends in October each year. Free to the public, fine artists and crafters open their studios to showcase their art and share their process. Art in a variety of media and styles—from abstract and representational painting to wood, glass, metal and ceramic—is displayed and sold by artists directly from their working studios. Some artists have live demonstrations so visitors can see art being created and experience the creative process. Visitors create their own self-guided tour using the downloadable catalog. This year, we will be featuring an interactive online directory of our artists so that you can find exactly what medium and style of art you are looking for.
