Kristen (Kiki) Wilkinson, is a professional collaborator & coach, striving to increase emotional intelligence and wellbeing into human-centric teams and programs within the corporate landscape.

Kiki has over a decade of experience in the Learning & Development (L&D) space. She founded and scaled Airbnb’s internal Trust & Safety (T&S) training teams, programs, systems, and within a high-growth, complex, multi-level, and global environment. She has consulted dozens of companies from startup stage to globally recognized fortune 500.
