Johannes Brahms: Clarinet Quintet in B minor, op. 115
Join cellist Jonah Kim for a discussion and exploration of one of Brahms’ final works, written when he returned to composing after retirement. With its nods to Mozart and the classical realm, this work delivers the listener to a new Romantic world, where Brahms is a master. Also featuring clarinetist Romie de Guise-Langlois, violinists Emily Daggett Smith and Aurelia Duca, and violist Caitlin Lynch.
