Today, the state added an addendum to the Activity & Business Tiers Chart to provide businesses with opportunities to adopt higher capacities by increasing capacity limits in facilities or sections of facilities where all guests have been tested or are fully vaccinated. In addition, physical distancing is not required in sections where all guests are fully vaccinated. These updates allow large event operators to admit higher capacities within their facilities. Additionally, fully vaccinated persons from out of state may visit or attend activities or events that are restricted to in-state visitors.
