Sidewalk Seating

• Requires 4’ of pedestrian clearance 
• Permit Application Package

Private Parking Lot Parklet

• Suitable for Personal Care Services
• Submit site plan for approval (example)
• No application or fee

Public Parking Lot Parklet

• May require City Council approval
• Permit Application Package 
• Quarterly fee of $250.00, one-year term
