Roblan of The Year: Jeff Gallagher
Jeff Gallagher’s roots in Paso Robles run deep. His family has maintained ties to the area since the 1970s, and Jeff himself has called Paso Robles home for the majority of his life. After first moving to Paso in 1983, returning again in the early 1990s, Jeff built both his career and his legacy right here in the community.
In 1995, Jeff launched his business in Paso Robles, continuing a family tradition in the concrete and demolition industry that began with his father, a local general contractor. Over the past three decades, Jeff’s work has left a lasting mark throughout the region. His projects include work at local schools, Paso Robles Chamber buildings, Cal Coast Beer Co., The Ravine, multiple Fairgrounds projects supporting the Heritage Foundation, the Paso Robles RV Park, and numerous winery developments throughout the Paso Robles wine region.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jeff is widely recognized for his generosity and dedication to giving back. Through the annual Ron Gallagher Golf Tournament—now in its 23rd year—Jeff has helped raise between $150,000 and $200,000 for local high schools and SkillsUSA programs, directly supporting student education and career development. He is also an active member of the Heritage Foundation and a Bear Club member and partner at Cal Coast Beer Co.
Known throughout the community for his willingness to help, Jeff is often described by a phrase he lives by: “If you need something, I’ve got a guy.” Reflecting on the honor, Jeff shared, “I’m truly grateful and humbled by this recognition. When I looked at the other nominees, I was amazed to be included among such incredible people who do so much for our community.”

Beautification of The Year: Grace & Rose
Grace & Rose Restaurant is being recognized for its outstanding contribution to downtown Paso Robles through the thoughtful and beautiful transformation of a historic home into a vibrant dining destination. The project preserved the charm and character of the original structure while breathing new life into the space, creating a welcoming and visually stunning restaurant that has quickly become a local favorite.
The revitalization of this property not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal of downtown Paso Robles but also contributed to the area’s continued economic and cultural growth. Grace & Rose stands as a shining example of how intentional design and community-focused investment can elevate the local dining scene while honoring Paso Robles’ unique character.
