Spokes for Nonprofits is hosting Board Academy Training
Whether you are an experienced board member or just considering becoming one, the Spokes Board Academy will equip you with the knowledge you need to be an informed and effective member of a nonprofit board of directors. You are welcome to attend one module or all seven.
Legal & Ethical Matters: This module provides detailed information about the three fiduciary duties of board members, what constitutes a conflict of interest, critical policies to implement, and how to institute email voting.

$10 Academy registration/admission fee (waived for Spokes members), plus Discount: Register for all seven sessions and you qualify for a 15% discount on the total cost.
