Whether you are an experienced board member or just considering becoming one, the Spokes Board Academy will equip you with the knowledge you need to be an informed and effective member of a nonprofit board of directors. You are welcome to attend one module or all seven.
Maintaining a Healthy Board: This model provides insight into how to maintain a healthy board culture, including providing continuing education to board members, conducting board assessments, recruiting and vetting board members, and discussing of the pros and cons of term limits.
