Among the topics she plans to cover in the hour-long presentation will be:

- How to navigate and reduce the stress in the college planning process
- Developing a timeline of admissions tasks for each year of high school
- Creating a strong high school profile with a strong college prep curriculum, extracurricular activities, leadership and sports
- Understanding and finding the "Best Fit"
- Consideration of "non-brand" name schools
- The differences and similarities between Common, UC and CSU Applications
- Everything you need to know about admissions exams (SAT and ACT)
- Question and Answer

Location
The free workshop will be hosted by KnowledgeWorx at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 24 at the Templeton Community Center. The center is located at 601 S. Main St. Refreshments will be served.
A second workshop is scheduled for the evening at 5:30 p.m. at The Wearhouse Micro Venue 815 12th Street Unit B, Paso Robles. The best access to the The Wearhouse Micro Venue is via Norma's Way Alley between Pine and Park in the courtyard of Jeffry's Wine Country BBQ.
