Wine Tastings paired with winemaker SAM ZinPunk's complimentary gourmet small plates from the Cypher Kitchen will be offered all weekend long! SAM will be showcasing some delectibles from the Cypher Kitchen including complimentary tastings of her gourmet farm to table creations including:
• Lavender Infused Poached Pears
• Peach Coriander Jam
• Miso Marinated Roasted Pumpkin
• Walnut Parsley Pesto
All of the fruits, herbs, nuts and pumpkin are grown at her home garden EarthFire. Complimentary recipe cards will be available at the tasting room and online for you to enjoy!
