Get Ready to Witness the Magic of Liberty Horsemanship First Hand!
Sweetbeau Horses is honored to welcome back renowned trainer, Sam VanFleet,
for a two-day Liberty Clinic!
Sam VanFleet is a nationally acclaimed young trainer known for her exceptional work with various horse breeds. Based out of Florida, Sam dedicates half her time to starting colts and the other half to conducting clinics and competing across the United States. She has participated in and won numerous Mustang Makeover competitions and other events, showcasing her magical mustang, Lynx.
In this clinic you'll be working on reading your horse better so your communication can be clearer. Basic body control is covered on-line with a dressage stick. You'll learn how to sequence your cue, manage your tools, and use the four training quadrants. You'll learn fun beneficial ways to use tricks, such as side pass towards, back from behind and more. The goal and the end of two days is to work at liberty and connect with your horse through circling, side-by-side, and stationary exercises.
Over the two days, you'll receive one-on-one coaching in several key areas, including:
- Working at Liberty to build a connection.
- Forging a deeper partnership through obstacles and body control.
- Exploring the fundamentals of “trick” training.
