Lean Six Sigma Level 1 Training - Business Excellence Enterprise, provided by Radiology Associates

Event Description:

Business Excellence Enterprise (BEE) offers hands-on Lean Six Sigma training on the Central Coast. BEE provides a comprehensive education of Radiology Associates' unique application of business excellence tools and techniques. Participants will learn how to utilize Lean and Six Sigma tools and methods to make a major impact within their company, industry, and society.

Training Objectives:
Upon successful completion of Level 1 and Level 2 training, participants will be able to:
· Demonstrate working knowledge of business excellence tools
· Lead continuous improvement events in their respective businesses

Differentiating Features:

¨ Local training with minimal travel and expense
¨ Ability to network with other local companies and share Lean Six Sigma experiences
¨ Hands-on experience
¨ Ability to participate in a Kaizen and learn how to run an event with hands-on experience
