Wake Up Paso
Wake Up Paso is Back!
We're so pleased to be able to see you in person once again! Park Cinemas has graciously offered to open their doors for Wake Up Paso. This affords us plenty of room for physical distancing while still benefitting from an in-person event. Here?s what?s on the program:
California Retirement Plan Mandate: Options For Your Business
By June 30, 2022 employers with five or more employees are required to have a retirement plan in place for workers ? either through a private-market option, like a 401(k), or through the state-run CalSavers program. Stephanie Kemp of Corvus Wealth Advisors will review what options are available and what would be the best choice for your business.
Protecting Your Organization from Workers' Comp Fraud
Workers' Compensation Fraud costs the citizens of California billions of dollars each year. The San Luis Obispo County Office of the District Attorney is actively investigating and prosecuting cases where possible. Senior District Attorney Investigator, Fred Pflum, and Administrative Services Officer, Nanci Lovelace, will explain the types of fraud and how to report suspected fraud.
Meet the Chief!
Hear from our newly appointed Police Chief, Damian Nord, as he outlines important initiatives and programs relative to our community.
