Don't miss out on great speakers, a delicious lunch, and amazing networking opportunities!
Main Speaker: Tommy Calhoun
Originally from Paso Robles, CA, and a former Bearcat, Tommy Calhoun is best known for holding titles such as Miss California Mid-State Fair 2010, Miss Greater San Diego 2014, Arizona Bowl Queen 2016, and Miss Arizona USA 2017.
Her victory in the Miss Arizona USA pageant was particularly significant, as she became the first titleholder from Southern Arizona in over 21 years. Her journey to competing on the nationally televised stage of Miss USA was made possible through the unwavering support of her community and encouragement from her peers.
Tommy gained further national attention when she was accidentally tackled live on ESPN during Arizona’s biggest rivalry football game between Arizona State University and the University of Arizona, while watching on the sidelines as Miss Arizona USA. With extensive experience in modeling and acting through the renowned Ford Models agency, she has been a Headline Model at New York Fashion Week and has appeared in several national advertisements for notable brands such as Nike, Runner’s World Magazine, Yandy, Wynn Las Vegas, Allegiant Stadium, and even starred in the Netflix feature film Wishman. Beyond her pageant and modeling career, Calhoun is a passionate advocate for at-risk youth. She uses her personal story to inspire and motivate, speaking to groups across Texas, California, New York, and Arizona. Her core message is, "Be who you needed when you were younger." She encourages others to transcend their circumstances, emphasizing that perseverance and self-belief can lead to great achievements. Calhoun holds a degree in Marketing and has over a decade of experience working in hospitality for major brands and organizations at Mandalay Bay, Resorts World - Hilton, Wynn Las Vegas, and Wynn Boston Harbor. In her free time, she enjoys boxing, horseback riding, painting, and has a deep passion for architectural design and history.
