Customer Service Representative I/II/III
The Templeton Community Services District is recruiting for the following position:
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I/II/III: The successful applicant will perform a wide variety of customer service, utility billing, and clerical/secretarial functions. This includes, but is not limited to: serving as the main receptionist answering phones and greeting the public at the front counter; interacting frequently with the public on a daily basis, answering utility billing questions, and information requests; preparing utility billing; processing billing adjustments, processing service orders; preparing door hangers and shut off notices; assisting in the monitoring of delinquent accounts; processing utility bill payments; picking-up and processing the mail; performing administration duties, as needed.
Salary range: $3,872.80 to $5,721.88 a month ($22.34-$33.01), plus benefits.
