A well-established Paso Robles-based company is seeking a reliable and motivated Production & Delivery Associate to assist with preparing and transporting product to clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and customer service. This is generally a part-time position that can transition into full-time at peak times.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and assembling product in a clean, organized production space
• Package and stage product for delivery according to quality standards
• Operate company vehicle to deliver product to clients
• Ensure delivery routes are completed efficiently, courteously, and on time
• Maintain cleanliness and order in production and delivery areas
• Follow company policies for safety, sanitation, and handling procedures

Requirements:

• Valid California driver’s license and insurable driving record
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in delivery, warehousing, or production support
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Schedule:
2–3 days per week and seasonally can go up to 5 days

Pay:
$20–$22/hr DOE
