Templeton company seeking a dependable professional to provide full-time administrative and operational support in a busy office. This position plays an important role in keeping daily activities running smoothly by managing communications, coordinating logistics, and helping maintain an organized and efficient workplace. You are a proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion while communicating in both English/ Spanish.

Duties:
• Greet and welcome all incoming visitors in person and by phone.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and occasional travel or event logistics.
• Prepare, format, and maintain documents, records, and reports with a high level of accuracy.
• Provide administrative assistance to leadership and team members, including data entry, tracking information, and processing forms.
• Oversee, monitor, and order supplies
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Liaise with third-party service providers to coordinate routine services, address issues, and confirm completion of work.
• Review and route invoices or related documentation for approval while maintaining clear records.
• Assist with coordination of internal activities, including onboarding logistics and employee-focused initiatives as needed.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and support operational efficiency.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as business needs evolve.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
• Approximately 3+ of experience in an administrative, coordination, or office support role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Professional written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Comfortable using standard business technology and learning new systems.
• Demonstrated reliability, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Pay:$23-$25/HR DOE
