Daring to Dream Events

Hi, I'm Brian Gardner, co-owner of Daring to Dream Events. Alongside my wife, Aubrey, I've had the privilege of helping couples and clients create memorable weddings and events throughout Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo County, and California's Central Coast.

I oversee client experience, sales, bartending operations, and event staffing, working closely with our team to ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish. Through Daring to Dream Events, we provide wedding planning, coordination, bartending, waitstaff, and photo booth services for weddings, private parties, and corporate events.

I'm passionate about exceptional hospitality, building strong relationships, and supporting fellow local businesses. When I'm not working events, you'll find me spending time with my family, camping, attending baseball games, and enjoying everything the Central Coast has to offer.
