Dignity Health Laboratories provides local excellence, expertise and turn around time for clinical laboratory services on the central coast. Accepting most commercial health insurance plans. Please bring your ID, insurance card and lab order on your visit. Or, have your medical provider fax your lab order for all Dignity Health lab locations to 844.200.0103.
Dignity Health Laboratories is not contracted with Physician's Choice Medical Group (PCMG) or Coastal Communities Physician Network (CCPN) insurance plans.
