About Us

Embody Modern Wellness is a cash-pay concierge wellness practice in downtown Paso Robles, California. Founded in September 2024 by Danielle Connolly Brown, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PHN, ABHRT-C — a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 35 years in healthcare: our mission is to help patients reclaim vibrant health, balance, and vitality through personalized, root-cause care.
We specialize in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) for women and men, medical weight loss, perimenopause/menopause care, and TRT. Our approach combines advanced diagnostics, evidence-based treatments, and compassionate coaching to address fatigue, weight gain, mood changes, brain fog, low libido, and hormone-related concerns.
Patients receive concierge-level attention in a calming, modern setting. Our protocols deliver transformative results, including weight loss and major improvements in energy, sleep, and mental clarity.
