About Us

Lumina Alliance was created in 2021 from a merger between RISE and Stand Strong. We are the only organization serving those impacted by sexual assault and intimate partner violence in SLO County. We have offices in Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo and Grover Beach. We provide the following services: 24-hr crisis & information line, emergency shelter, transitional housing, advocacy, therapy and prevention education. All of our services are provided at no charge and in Spanish.
