At Olive Ewe Ranch, creating art has helped me reinvent myself and grow my business by providing giftware related to our region and ranch. I consider myself a farmer by day and an artist by night, raising sheep, llamas, alpacas, and other livestock and creating art inspired by my menagerie and local vineyards. Living in the Paso Robles region since 1994, I’ve enjoyed the growth and changes in the north county. After volunteering in local schools and on PTOs, working to pass a bond to build a school, I started our sheep business. After 10 years of working to introduce the benefits of sheep in the vineyards and 8 years working in tasting rooms, I returned to my artist roots, sketching the vines, our terroir, biodynamic-related farming practices, and unique versions of my livestock. My passion for sharing the art and story behind it has led me to produce original merchandise and create specially customized gifts for businesses and wine clubs.
