Hotel Night Auditor

Night owls, this one’s for you! A well-established hotel in North San Luis Obispo County is looking for a Night Auditor to keep operations running smoothly after hours. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys quiet, independent work, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in providing excellent guest service while managing essential accounting duties.

Responsibilities:
• Check in guests, answer phones, and take reservations
• Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and emergencies
• Reconcile accounts, process invoices, and post checks to vendors
• Balance the cash drawer and log receipts accurately
• Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Assist with audits and financial forecasting

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Night Auditor or similar hospitality role preferred
• Strong math and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Weekend availability required
