United Staffing Associates is partnering with a well-established business in Paso Robles to find an Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Ideal candidate will have prior experience in metal building materials, welding, or fabricating.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7am-5pm with occasional Saturdays
Pay: $25–$30/hour (DOE)

What You’ll Do:
• Welcome customers and manage incoming calls with professionalism
• Assist customers with order processing and product selection
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and solutions
• Handle special orders and ensure accuracy from start to finish
• Track and follow up on order status
• Support inventory management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked counter and storefront

What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years inside sales experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Knowledge in fabricating or metal building materials strongly preferred
• Strong customer service skills and a helpful, solution-oriented mindset
• Good computer and data entry skills
• Solid math skills and attention to detail
