Nestled smack-dab in the heart of downtown Paso Robles is The Hatch Rotisserie & Bar. Established in June of 2015 by co-owners Maggie Cameron and Eric Connolly, this neighborhood restaurant is designed as a gathering place for friends, old and new, to enjoy simple foods, classic and craft cocktails and beautiful wines. Located at 835 13th Street in Paso Robles, The Hatch features wood-fired rotisserie items and inspired comfort foods.
