About Us

Cordant Winery is boutique wine producer on the Central Coast of California, specifically in the Tin City area of Paso Robles, CA. We specialize in both Pinot Noir and Rhone-style wines. Our fruit is purchased from 17 premium vineyard sources from Monterey County to our north, San Luis Obispo County which is our home, and going south through Santa Barbara County. Our production is about 3000 cases of wine annually, most all in small-lot quantities of around 100 to 300 cases each. Our wines are available for purchase in our tasting room and from our website, but our hope is that you will visit us in our tasting room so we better get to know one another!
